1. What is your return policy?

Unopened products with the safety seal intact may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
If you’ve opened a product and aren’t satisfied, reach out to support@AltavitaLabs.com — our team will work with you to make it right.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 3–7 business days in the U.S.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.


4. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.


5. Can I return opened products?

For safety reasons, opened products can’t be resold — but if you’re unsatisfied, email support@AltavitaLabs.com and we’ll evaluate your situation individually.


6. How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
