Return & Refund Policy

Please note that this policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.AltavitaLabs.com.
If you purchased SmartCharge or any other AltaVita Labs product through another retailer or online marketplace, please refer to that seller’s specific return policy.
New & Unopened Items
Items that are new, unopened, and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product was damaged in transit or sent in error by AltaVita Labs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We may request the item be returned for inspection. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by AltaVita Labs.
Exclusions
For safety and quality-control reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution or payment provider to post the credit to your account.
