Shipping Policy

Free Shipping (U.S. Mainland)
Orders of $60 or more (subtotal) shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia qualify for free standard shipping.

Alaska & Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing.

Standard Shipping (U.S. Mainland under $60)
Orders below $60 will be charged a flat standard shipping rate (calculated at checkout). Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

Processing Times
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time are processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.

Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Limitations
AltaVita Labs does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
International orders are accepted for select countries—shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.
